A. Personal Information

This includes details such as your full name, email address, telephone number, user role (player, coach, parent, or club administrator), profile photo, and club affiliation provided when creating an account, onboarding, or interacting with our services.

B. Platform Usage & Telemetry Data

To continually enhance and maintain our platform, we gather technical diagnostics about how you interact with Tennigence, including authentication timestamps, active feature usage, device platform information (iOS, iPadOS, Web), and interface preferences.

C. Athletic, Development & Performance Data

Information you upload, record, or track within Tennigence remains your property. This includes:

• Tennis rating identifiers and competition history (e.g., UTR, WTN, match scores, opponent notes, tiebreak outcomes).

• Training reflections, player journal entries, physical exertion ratings, and readiness check-ins.

• Coach assessments, technical stroke ratings, drill completion records, and challenge ladder standings.

D. Health & Fitness Metrics (Apple HealthKit Integration)

When explicitly authorized by you on supported iOS devices, Tennigence accesses select Apple Health data (such as resting heart rate, sleep duration, active steps, and workout energy). This data is processed locally and in encrypted cloud datastores exclusively to compute player readiness indices and athletic recovery recommendations. We never sell HealthKit data or use it for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party AI Data Processing & Disclosures (Google Gemini)

To deliver interactive tennis coaching advice, stroke biomechanical feedback, nutritional recovery estimations, and our conversational assistant (Tenny), Tennigence integrates advanced artificial intelligence services provided by Google LLC (Google Gemini API).

Specific Features Utilizing Third-Party AI:

1. Tenny AI Assistant (Interactive Chat & Voice Dictation):

   • Data Processed: User-entered queries, current athletic context (e.g., training volume, recent match results, readiness scores), and user-recorded audio voice dictation (processed ephemerally for transcription).

   • Purpose: Provide instant tennis strategy guidance, schedule clarification, tactical adjustments, and mental performance coaching.

2. Stroke Biomechanical & Video Analysis:

   • Data Processed: User-uploaded short video recordings or keyframe sequences of tennis strokes (such as forehands, backhands, or serves).

   • Purpose: Analyze kinetic chain mechanics, ball contact timing, and preparatory footwork compared with professional reference kinematics.

3. Coaching Insights & Journal Synthesis:

   • Data Processed: Self-reported player journal entries, session reflections, and exertion ratings.

   • Purpose: Synthesize multi-week development trends to assist coaches and parents in identifying fatigue patterns and training priorities.

4. Nutrition & Meal Logging:

   • Data Processed: User-provided meal text descriptions or food photos.

AI Data Safeguards & Guarantees:

• Zero Foundation Model Training: Under Google Cloud Enterprise AI data commitments, customer data processed via the Gemini API is NOT used to train, retrain, or improve Google's public foundation models.

• Strictly No Advertising: Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party ad networks or data brokers.

• Server-Side Security Proxy: AI requests are routed securely through our authenticated Cloud Run backend using TLS encryption. API keys and service credentials are never stored on client mobile devices.

• Exclusion of Sensitive Data: Passwords, payment details, financial account numbers, and government-issued identification are strictly excluded from AI processing.

  
  

User Consent & Immediate Revocation:

• Prior In-App Consent: Users are presented with an explicit AI disclosure before first interacting with Tenny AI and must provide affirmative consent.
